Organisational Development Advisor- Briscoe Group, Auckland

Based at our Support Office in Morningside, Auckland we are seeking an Organisational Development Advisor ideally with sound generalist HR advisory experience, who is ready to adapt to the fast paced retail environment.

The OD Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the OD Manager with implementing and embedding change initiatives across the business
  • Applying adult learning principles throughout content development to produce effective learning material
  • Contributing to the development of OD strategies and interventions
  • Working with SME's to identify training needs across the organisation
  • Providing assistance to the wider team on project work

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience in HR/OD
  • Demonstrated coaching and influencing skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed investigative and analytical skills
  • A high level of proactivity and initiative, adaptability and resilience
  • An understanding of the importance of workplace Health and Safety
  • Well-developed organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship
